We have a 1 Year + 1 Day Return Policy. BuyWake.com is committed to you being fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you would like to return any unused product, please follow these guidelines:


  • Items must be returned within 366 days from date of purchase.
  • Products must be in the condition in which you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
  • Shoes must be returned in a second box besides the shoe box. DO NOT just slap a shipping label on the manufacturer's shoe box. A 25% restocking fee will be incurred if this criterion is not met.
  • Contact us for a Return Authorization number or click here to Request a Return through your Customer account.
  • No refunds or exchanges without a valid RMA #.
  • Send the unused product back to us insured for the full value (FedEx, UPS, or USPS traceable only).
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Store credit will be provided on all returns received after 60 days from the date of purchase.

Wakeboard Binding Flex <p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: small;"><strong>Flex:</strong></span></p> <p>Flex is one of the most important factors in deciding which bindings are right for you.</p> <p>The flex of wakeboard bindings can vary dramatically between models.&nbsp; The flex of your bindings is all about personal preference.&nbsp; Some riders like to feel locked into stiff boots with a lot of support while other riders prefer a softer flex that gives them the ability to tweak their wakeboard in different directions when doing tricks.</p> <p>The stiffer the binding, the better it is for carving and speed and the more directly it will transfer your energy to your board.&nbsp; The softer the binding, the more maneuverability you will have when getting rad.</p> <p>Entry-level models are typically softer and more flexible than bindings geared towards more advanced riders.</p>

Rocker <p><strong>Continuous Rocker<br /></strong>Continuous rocker is a smooth curve that does not change from tip to tail.&nbsp; Continuous rocker provides fast, smooth rides and allows you to hook up turns more easily. <p><strong>3-Stage Rocker<br /></strong>A wakeboard with a 3-stage rocker features two distinct bend points and three distinct planes on the bottom of the board.&nbsp; A 3-stage rocker causes your wakeboard to respond with more explosive, vertical pop. <p><strong>Hybrid Rocker (combination of continuous and 3-stage)<br /></strong>Living somewhere between continuous and 3-stage, hybrid rocker boards include Blended 3-Stage, Continuous Hybrid, Progressive, Subtle 3-Stage.</p> <p><strong>Camber<br /></strong>Camber allows you to ride in the most centered and ergonomically correct body position, which gives you more of an effective edge and predictable, lofty pop.</p>
