International Ordering Information

We ship most of our products to over 150 countries.  All international orders must be prepaid in U.S. currency.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and wire transfer as forms of payment.

International Shipping:

  • FedEx International Priority (1-3 Business Days; Duties & Taxes NOT Included)
  • FedEx International Economy (2-6 Business Days; Duties & Taxes NOT Included)
  • FedEx International Ground ([Canada Only] 2-7 Business Days; Duties & Taxes NOT Included)
  • USPS Priority Mail International (6-20 Business Days; Duties & Taxes NOT Included)

For estimated shipping rates and transit times, simply add the products that you are interested in to the cart and enter your country and postal code.  Estimated shipping rates and transit times will be populated below.  You are also welcome to email us or call (706) 406-6568 with your complete ship to address (including country and postal code) and a general idea of what you are wanting to have sent your way. is not responsible for any duties, taxes, customs, import fees, etc. levied by your country or any brokerage fees associated with clearing your shipment through customs.

Should your Order be returned to us for non-payment of duties, taxes, etc., you will be refunded less the original outbound shipping fees and subsequent return shipping fees.

Orders placed by 4:00 PM Eastern are generally shipped the same day. In the unfortunate event a product is out of stock, a sales rep will contact you.

Heavy and oversized orders are subject to additional shipping costs.

Orders shipped using the US Postal Service are estimated for delivery within 10 business days.  However, sometimes it can take a while longer than that.  Use this service at your own risk, as packages shipped via the USPS are not traceable and are not insured.

Orders shipped via the US Postal service must be paid for by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, or wire transfer.  We cannot accept American Express payments if the order is being shipped with the USPS.

Order Tracking:

All orders with a valid email address will automatically receive shipment notification emails that contain tracking information for the order.  This is your confirmation that your order has shipped.

Lost/Missing Shipments:

Lost or missing shipments must be reported to within five business days of the expected delivery date.  Should our shipping company show the lost or missing package as delivered, you will need to sign an affidavit attesting to the fact that the package was, indeed, not received by you.  Any unreported lost or missing shipments are the responsibility of the customer and shall assume no liability for unreported missing or lost shipments.

Lost shipment claims on any package sent out using the USPS Priority Mail International service will not be considered until after 90 days from the original ship date.

Damaged Shipments:

Should you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately.  It is important that you do not discard the damaged packaging.  We will have the shipment carrier pick up the damaged package and we will send out a replacement when the damaged item is received and inspected at our warehouse.  All damage claims must be reported within five business days of receipt of goods.  Any claims reported after five business days are subject to denial.
