Out of a respect for the protection of our customers and ourselves, we at take fraud very seriously.  Invalid or incorrect information provided at checkout may result in orders being delayed or denied.  Suspicious orders or orders that hit any of our established anti-fraud red flags will be denied.  Please review your ordering information carefully prior to submitting your order.

Orders placed by 3:00 PM Eastern are generally shipped the same day.  In the unfortunate event a product is out of stock, a sales rep will contact you.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges listed at the cart level are based on products in the cart and the shipping address provided.  Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands orders are considered "international" orders. reserves the right to limit quantities and or charge actual shipping costs on bulk orders and shipments over 20 Lbs.

APO, FPO, and DPO orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.  P.O. Box orders are shipped via the US Postal Service or the FedEx SmartPost service.

Invalid or incorrect addresses are subject to an additional fee of $15.00 that will be charged to the credit card used to make the initial purchase upon notification from the shipment carrier.  No refunds on shipping cost unless is responsible for the error.

Orders shipped via the US Postal Service must be paid for by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, PayPal Credit, Amazon Payments, Gift Certificate, wire transfer, or money order by mail.  We cannot accept American Express payments if the order is being shipped with the USPS.

Free Shipping Offer:

  • FREE Shipping offer is valid on all orders over $49 going to the Lower 48 states.
  • FREE Shipping method will be selected by (FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery, depending on shipment weight and address type).
  • FREE Shipping offer is not available for International, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders.  Orders being shipped to U.S. Minor Outlying Islands are also excluded.
  • FREE Shipping does not apply to Express delivery upgrades.  Express upgrade options and charges are available during checkout.

Guaranteed Express Shipping Upgrade offers an Express shipping upgrade on in-stock product.  Saturday Delivery available for an additional cost.  Saturday Delivery orders must be phoned in and must be place by 12:00 PM on Fridays.  Express shipping transit times are measured in business days.  Holidays, weekends, and severe weather are excluded.  No refunds on shipping upgrade costs unless is responsible for the error or the shipping carrier is at fault. reserves the right to limit quantities and or charge actual shipping costs on bulk orders and shipments over 20 Lbs.  Some items may not be available for Express upgrades.  Heavy and oversized orders may require additional shipping charges.

FedEx SmartPost

FedEx SmartPost is a more cost-effective way of sending out shipments that aren't necessarily time-sensitive where FedEx, after carrying shipments to the final destination ZIP code, tenders Ground deliveries over to local Post Offices for final delivery.  SmartPost is more for smaller, lighter packages.  SmartPost is rated as a 5-10 business day service.  However, it can often take as little as 2 business days for shipments sent out via the SmartPost service to be delivered.  SmartPost pickups happen Monday-Friday, deliveries occur Monday-Saturday.  SmartPost has proven to be an incredibly reliable service, but lost shipment claims on any package sent out using the FedEx SmartPost service will not be considered until 30 days from the original ship date.

Order Tracking

All orders that have a valid email address will automatically receive a shipment notification email complete with shipment tracking information.  This is your confirmation that your order has shipped.  If you do not receive a shipment notification email, please check your account profile for any errors in your email address. does not generate tracking information until your order is actually shipped.  For our friends without email, feel free to call us and we will gladly track your order for you.

We have several distribution centers located across the United States.  Depending on where your gear is housed, your order could be split into multiple shipments.  The good news is you will not responsible for any additional fees, and we promise to meet the anticipated delivery date based on the shipping method you selected at checkout.

International, Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico

For estimated shipping rates and transit times, simply add the products that you are interested in to the cart and enter your country and postal code.  Estimated shipping rates and transit times will be populated below.  You are also welcome to email us, hit us up by Live Help, or call (706) 406-6568 with your complete ship to address (including country and postal code) and a general idea of what you are wanting to have sent your way. is not responsible for any duties, taxes, customs, import fees, etc. levied by your country or any brokerage fees associated with clearing your shipment through customs.

Should your order be returned to us for non-payment of duties, taxes, etc., you will be refunded less the original outbound shipping fees and subsequent return shipping fees.

Heavy and oversized orders are subject to additional shipping costs.

Orders shipped using the US Postal Service are estimated for delivery within 10 business days.  However, sometimes it can take a while longer than that.  Use this service at your own risk, as packages shipped via the USPS are not traceable and are not insured.

Order Adjustments/Cancellations

We fulfill the orders really fast.  What that means for you is your order will be in route to you without any delays.  What that also means is, once your order is placed, it cannot be adjusted or canceled.  For information on returns & exchanges, click here.


All products purchased from carry the full manufacturer's warranty unless sold as a "no warranty" item.  In the event that a manufacturer is no longer in business, will review your warranty claim and, at our discretion, help to provide an equitable solution.  All warranty claims may only be made by the purchaser on record.  Our policy is to repair or replace all warranty/defective product.  No refunds will be given on warranty claims.  The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  Please contact us with any warranty questions.

***Wakeboards used on sliders, rails, and features are not covered under warranty...even if the wakeboard is designed for use on sliders, rails, and features.

Returns and Exchanges

We have a 1 Year + 1 Day Return Policy. is committed to you being fully satisfied with your purchase.  If, for any reason, you would like to return any unused product, please follow these guidelines:

  • Items must be returned within 366 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be in the condition in which you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
  • Shoes must be returned in a second box besides the shoe box.  DO NOT just slap a shipping label on the manufacturer's shoe box.  A 25% restocking fee will be incurred if this criterion is not met.
  • Contact us for a return authorization number or click here to request a return through your Customer account.
  • No refunds or exchanges without a valid RMA #.
  • Send the unused product back to us insured for the full value (FedEx, UPS, or USPS traceable only).
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Store credit will be provided on all returns received after 60 days from the date of purchase.

*Products in the Underwear category are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are in their original packaging and have not been opened, worn, altered, or washed.

Upon inspection of returned product,, at its discretion, will issue a full or partial refund less the original shipping charges.

Refused Shipments

Any refused shipments will be charged a 20% restocking fee and credited less the original shipping costs.  No refunds will be issued until the refused shipment is in our possession.  Refused shipments that are lost in transit are the responsibility of the refuser.

Shipping Errors

It is our intention to process each and every order with 100% accuracy.  Please accept our sincere apologies in advance for any errors.  Please contact us immediately to report the error.  We will promptly send out the correct replacement product and pick up the incorrect item at our expense.

Lost/Missing Shipments

Lost or missing shipments must be reported to within five business days of the expected delivery date.  Should our shipping company show the lost or missing package as delivered, you will need to sign an affidavit attesting to the fact that the package was, indeed, not received by you.  Any unreported lost or missing shipments are the responsibility of the customer and shall assume no liability for unreported missing or lost shipments.

*Lost shipment claims on any package sent out via the US Postal Service or the FedEx SmartPost service will not be considered until after 30 days from the original ship date.  International shipments sent out via the USPS Priority Mail International service will not be considered lost until 90 days from the original ship date.

Damaged Shipments

Should you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately.  It is important that you do not discard the damaged packaging.  We will have the shipment carrier pick up the damaged package and we will send out a replacement when the damaged item is received and inspected at our warehouse.  All damage claims must be reported within five business days of receipt of goods.  Any claims reported after five business days are subject to denial.
